The Umbrella of Hope is a division of the Church of God Sabbath-Keeping Ministries; it is funded by donations from community partners, corporations, individuals, and our local church.

Is to assist low income, poor, marginalized families and individuals by providing for their physical needs.

What we do
Food Pantry
We provide groceries for individuals and families in need. Our pantry is open every Thursday afternoon from 3-5pm during the pandemic. Call ahead to make an appointment to register prior to pick-up day.
Meals
We provide cooked meals a few times throughout the year for low-income and marginalized individuals at our location. Contact us to find out about our next meals night.
We host a street ministry providing food and basic necessities to the homeless.
Host a yearly community barbecue serving those in our community
Basic Necessities
Clothes and basic necessities are provided to our clients as needed. Clothing donations are also made to the Salvation Army, Regeneration, and Canadian Diabetes Association.
Volunteerism
Our volunteers support Regeneration outreach ministry helping to make and serve breakfast for clients since 2018. We are also regular supporters of the Coldest Night of the Year, helping to raise funds for the homeless.
We have also contributed meals and have served at the Knights Table since 2017.
